Eligibility for applicants

  1. Applicants are required to have more than 12 years of education.
  2. Applicants who from some countrys are required to have more than 150 hours of learning Japanese Language.
  3. If the applicant who have been rejected residential status, be sure to inform us in advance.
  4. School dormitory will request that you first six months in principle to all entrants
    (Excluding who live at sponsor's home and within 1 hour for commute from sponsor's home to school)。

3. Tuition and Admission fees

Ⅰ School expenses

① Processing fee 21,000 JPY(1st year only)
② Admission fee 105,000 JPY(1st year only)
③ Facility expenses 52,500 JPY (1st year only)
④ Tuition 504,000 JPY(A year)
⑤ Extracurricular lesson 5,000 JPY
Total 687,500 JPY

※ The above school expenses are all tuition and fees should be paid in the first year, which is including 5% consumption tax and excluding boarding fees.
   Tuition of the second year depends on intended length of study at St.Mary Japanese School.
(Ex:If you enter St.Mary Japanese School in January, you will study with us for a year and 3 months in total. Then you should pay 687,500 JPY at entry in the first year. and in the second year, you should pay 3 months tuition.
 3 months tuition is 504,000 JPY÷12 months×3 months=126,000 JPY)
※ Paid tuition and admission fees are non-refundable for whatever reason.

Ⅱ Boarding fees

① Rent 120,000 JPY 20,000 JPY/month×6 months
② Entrance fee to dorm 20,000 JPY Only in the first year
③ Resident insurance 14,000 JPY 2 years
Total 154,000 JPY For first six months

※ All students must live in the dormitory for the first six months. If you can go to school from your sponsor's house within an hour at commute, you are able to live there.)。
※ Above fees are for 6 months' rent after enrollment(including 5% consumption tax). and should be paid with shool expenses(Ⅰ)in lump sum.
   (687,500 JPY+154,000 JPY=841,500 JPY)
※ Each room is a double or triple occupancy.
   After 6 months of moving in, rent of double occupancy room is 24,000 JPY per month.
※ Above fees are not including utilities cost. Cost of heat, light and water should be paid for every month.
※ Paid boarding fees are non-refundable for whatever reason.
