1982.March With the permission from the Board of Education, Niigata Prefecture, this international exchange of scientific and cultural school was established.
  Relocated to Tokyo in the 1980's of which many American Japanese researchers came to which provided a Japanese language forum. Then moved to Utsunomiya city in Tochigi Prefecture, and the development of authentic Japanese educational facilities followed.
  In the late 1980's, efforts to promote Japanese culture abroad grew and an "International Ceramics Exposition" was held, which was actively participated by many foreigners in the art of the tea ceremony.
1988 Relocated to Utsunomiya city for business expansion.
1993 Certified by Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education.
1997 Established "The Young Resercher of Excellence Award".
  Responsible for training flight attendants for the partnership with numerous airline in 2000.
2002 Number of students reached 220.
2005 Established IT College.
2006 Cooperation with New College of Dr.Krasae, Thailand.
2009 Cooperation with Japanese Vocational College of Inner Mongolia, China.
2010 Cooperation with many Japanese universities, vocational schools and strengthening support for College Graduates.
2011 The ski club and the basketball club were established.
