Relocated to Tokyo in the 1980's of which many American Japanese researchers came to which provided a Japanese language forum. Then moved to Utsunomiya city in Tochigi Prefecture, and the development of authentic Japanese educational facilities followed. |

In the late 1980's, efforts to promote Japanese culture abroad grew and an "International Ceramics Exposition" was held, which was actively participated by many foreigners in the art of the tea ceremony. |
